When we enter partnerships, they are based on trust with the clear intention to pursue shared objectives in a strategic, consistent and long-term-oriented manner.

We are prepared to take calculated risks

When starting a new program or initiative, we aim to break new ground by testing innovative solutions and models that promise a greater impact for our target groups. Where we achieve proof of concept, we strive to bring it to scale. Where we encounter challenges, we try to solve them. When it becomes apparent that social change cannot be reached through a program, we conclude these activities.

INTEGRITY

We are guided by values and principles

At all times and in all locations, we act with credibility, reliability and accountability. We show zero tolerance towards corruption and do not accept any form of discrimination. In our operations, we strive to minimize waste and air, soil and water emissions. The benefit of our target groups is thereby always at the center of our work. We expect partners to share these principles and values, and we hold them responsible for their activities.

As such, our commitment extends beyond the mere provision of funds. We challenge our partners to explore new paths and learn from their experiences. The definition of projects, strategies and targets, in this sense, becomes a joint effort. Beyond these strong ties with our partners, we have a firm belief in the role of networks. This drives our motivation to build bridges across sectors and geographies, to take an active approach to connecting people and organizations and to sharing our ideas and the results of our work with others.
