As part of a long-standing partnership between the Hilti Group, the Hilti Foundation, and IMD Business School, six outstanding MBA candidates visited Hilti’s headquarters in Schaan. These students are recipients of the Hilti STEM Scholarship—a program aimed at empowering promising professionals with STEM backgrounds who demonstrate a clear aspiration for leadership.

The new school building was opened just over a year ago, and it is clear as soon as you enter: the well-being of the pupils, around a third of whom are children of Hilti employees, is at the centre of attention here. The new building impresses not only with its modern architecture, but also with its functionality - with light-flooded classrooms, modern science laboratories, creative rooms and spacious learning and communal areas.

At the Higher Technical Institute Bregenz (HTL), education is being redefined through the use of the latest technology. The recent commissioning of a new machine, the SATO Compact Large Plasma Cutting System, marks a significant advancement in teaching.

A new scholarship program aims to attract more MBA program applicants with a background in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and the ambition to pursue a leadership role in STEM professions.
